Völkl Tennis is committed to your performance on the court, offering a 30-day return policy for unused gear in its original packaging. We ensure a seamless exchange process to help you find the perfect racquet or accessory for your game.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused items, including all original tags and protective plastic on racquet handles, securely into the original shipping box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the equipment, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
